Terms of Service
These terms explain the commercial and operational basis on which IyanaT Production accepts bookings, prepares coverage, delivers final files, and grants client usage rights.
Scope of Service
IyanaT Production is a division of Adulation Media (Pty) Ltd. These terms apply to quotations, bookings, photography, videography, production support, and related delivery services unless a specific written contract provides otherwise.
Quotations and Validity
All quotations are issued subject to availability and remain valid only for the stated period. Pricing, scope, turnaround expectations, and deliverables are based on the information available at the time the quotation is prepared.
Bookings and Confirmation
A booking is only secured once the required approval, signed agreement, or deposit has been received, depending on the service and event type. Dates are not held indefinitely without written confirmation.
Delivery and Turnaround
Delivery timelines depend on the service scope, event complexity, and post-production requirements. Any priority delivery arrangement must be confirmed in writing. Drafts, previews, or galleries may be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
Usage Rights and Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property remains vested in Adulation Media (Pty) Ltd. Clients receive usage rights according to the quotation, proposal, or signed agreement. Extended commercial usage, transfer, resale, or third-party licensing requires written approval.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event, venue, and schedule information in advance.
- Ensure venue access, permissions, and relevant stakeholder approvals are in place.
- Advise us of any restricted areas, security procedures, or sensitive guest conditions before the event.
- Review and approve final scope changes in writing where timelines, logistics, or deliverables shift materially.
Liability and Operational Limits
We take reasonable operational precautions and maintain appropriate business safeguards, but we are not liable for failures caused by force majeure, venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, third-party interference, or client-side delays outside our control. Any specific liability limitations are governed by the signed agreement for the booking.
